This franchise left me with serious debt. There was a revolving door of marketing teams and providers, so marketing didn’t get off the ground for the first year. Many things that should have been done in house to save money for all the franchisees were instead outsourced to 3rd party companies. I’m guessing 360 Painting may have been provide a kickback on all of those. Looking back, I paid over 100k for a little bit of training and very little ongoing support, as well as no brand recognition. I could have gotten the same from a $500 course and saved myself a lot of debt.

Very competent sounding corporate team. Got in and leadership was a revolving door. 4 CMO’s in less than 4 years. New COO. Reporting issues. Training was great for launch, but nonexistent for growth and profitability. We went to Presidents Club despite the shortcomings, but overall, paid WAY more to the franchise than we ever netted until the final months pre-selling. Really love the owner, Paul. Wish the continued support (and particularly MARKETING!) wasn’t so absent. Zero national ads and zero leads from the franchise. Ever. Everything was home-grown. Transition into. Commercial was rough. 3 or 4 different SEO/website agencies for the brand in 4 years. Plus, changed CRM to Service Titan. Painful on that front. But great owners and lots of great people at Corporate.
