Happy with my decision to join Archadeck. This is a full operational job though unless you have the capital to hire an operator. Franchisor is not without flaws but has a strong team to lead this brand. Have been happy with their support. Marketing team could always improve. Profitability is strong. Of course I wish I wouldn't have to pay royalties but I would not be where I am today without the brand. Happy with my decision. But it's also a lot of work!

This is a difficult franchise. The other zees in the system are extremely supportive. The corporate support team cares deeply. However there is so much to learn and so many balls to juggle. If you’re willing to put in the work, it is extremely satisfying and it is profitable. This is a full time job. You cannot take on this franchise at half speed. But the team is great. The product is great. The money is there. My partner and I are very happy with our decision.
