Extremely dishonest Franchisor - beware. Sells you on verbal promises while knowing the written agreement they sign-you up with is very different. Made numerous decisions in first 2 years of my contract that negatively impacted franchisee ability to be profitable in order to boost franchisor short-term profits. Their quote: "Or written agreement permits us to do this". Beyond this, I had to take legal action to recover funds owed to me by franchisor for over 2 years. Beware!
