I feel like my experience and fees to value ratio is better than upcoming or recently opened stores. I feel like the brand was making changes in the right direction before recent viral events, however, their focus has changed and progress seems to have stalled. My specific stores makes enough money to run and pay staff. I don't feel like we were sold a scam, but I do believe that current leadership is not equipped to handle current brand requirements and out of their leadership skill set.
