Very great company and amazing product. As the company grows I'm hoping fees will not go up. We have enough fees already. Marketing content is solid but we have to print our own stuff. Wish corporate could make stuff for us and ship with our pops or credit us for graphics we have made.

2+ years into my journey and overall, I have been impressed with Frios. Is it perfect? Not at all, but they try! The franchise overall is still very young. They are actively engaging with franchisees in an effort to improve. While they have a number of systems and SOP's in place, they are always open to feedback from franchisees on what is working and what isn't working, and are open to adjusting those policies as needed. The family-friendly environment is great. The support from other franchisees is amazing! Best of all, the product is to notch. We really are selling 'Happiness on a Stick'!
