Happy with the team so far. Great leadership and corporate team. Marketing team is very valuable. Not without some bumps in the beginning but I'm guessing that's common in all new businesses. Overall happy and proud to be a part of the team, look forward to coming back next year to update my review.

Franchisor is solid across the board. Very responsive and has a good team in place. Profitability happens a lot quicker in some markets than others, but they do a good job training you and teaching you what things to do to drive business.
