I truly can’t say enough about how incredible the iSmash franchise team has been. From before I even signed my contract, Steven and the entire team have gone above and beyond in every possible way. Every question, every phone call, every text message—answered. From site selection and landlord negotiations to banking, payroll, and even the smallest details like best practices and color choices, they’ve been there through it all. Now that I’m 90 days open, I can say with complete confidence that I would do this all over again—and I’m already excited about opening additional locations. What truly sets iSmash apart is that the support doesn’t disappear when things get hard. Steven and the team have been there not just on the celebratory days, but on the tough ones too. I never expected a CEO to pick up the phone on a random Tuesday when I needed support, but he does—and that speaks volumes. The marking team is there every step of the way. From pre-opening and grand opening marketing to any flyers I want to create, they are a phone call or email away!
