Marcos pizza is a horrible brand, led by a narcissist (Tony Libardi) who continues to overhaul his corporate staff seemingly every quarter. I’ve been a franchisee since 2022. In that time I’ve had over 10 direct supports, 5 division leaders and 3 VPs. The brand continues to see massive sales decline and corporate doesn’t give a rats about the losses franchisees are taking. I’ve had my stores for sale since 2023. In this time, I’ve brought 5 different qualified buyers to them. ALL 5 were poached by the corporate sales staff and convinced to leave my deal and pursue opening new stores instead. Incompetency should be this brands mantra. Can’t wait to be out!
