This is a new franchise (2.5 yrs old), so expectations need to be adjusted accordingly. All franchisees are currently in growth phase, so it's difficult to judge them purely on profitability at this time. My experience has been fantastic with the brand and with the leadership team, and I've had 3 out of my first 6 months profitable, but I'm an owner-operator, running the business daily. I'm incredibly excited about the growth potential of my territory and the franchise as a whole.

Amazing people at corporate - but the concept needs a lot of work. Many closed locations, many more heading towards closure. The fees far outweigh the value received.
