Highly profitable franchise with a good team in place. Always room for improvement on the franchisor side but not complaining too much. I don't regret this, I hired an operator and it's pretty passive for me, one of those weird service businesses i would have never started on my own without a franchise. Granted this is market specific, so please do research on your market. That will be the most important factor.

SMT is a great business with high margins and a model that lends itself to minimal owner involvement. Corporate has had some growing pains, but has made positive strides to support franchisees. Success has a lot to do with location and territory quality.
