Terrible franchise. I’ve been part of the system for 15 years. In the beginning, the support was strong and the culture was solid. However, over the past 5–7 years, nearly the entire support team has been fired or pushed out and replaced with people focused primarily on selling new territories to increase company profitability for a future sale. There is virtually no real support for franchise owners anymore. I personally know franchisees who were struggling, and instead of receiving help, they were threatened with legal action by the franchisor. Royalties have doubled since I started and will continue to go up. I would strongly caution anyone considering this opportunity. I would hate to see someone start this business, put their family at financial risk, and potentially lose everything.

Avoid at all costs. Total scam company that offers no support or value for the royalties you will be pay. Leadership is lacking. They just care about territory count and getting their royalties. The best interest of their franchisees is a distance afterthought. Spend your time and money elsewhere.
