As a franchisee, the biggest value has been having a proven operating system instead of trying to invent everything from scratch. The Waterloo Turf way is something that can be seen in the outcome of a job, and it all starts with how the people within the franchise home office treat you. They are kind, compassionate, and hard working. Training was thorough, and the expectations around install quality and customer experience are clear. I’ve also appreciated the support on the not-fun stuff like process, job flow, and how to handle edge cases that come up in real projects.
